During State Education Day, all 27 Clubs in Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver will compete against one another for a handful of awards, while completing fun activities designed to engage Club members’ mastery of reading, geography, science, math, and other day school subjects.

Club members will spend the morning and afternoon completing short activities for which they will earn tickets or points that will show completion of activities.

These activities will all be run simultaneously such that Club members can choose which activities they would like to complete and the order in which they would like to complete them.

There will be a lunch break built into the day, as well as an awards ceremony at the end of event.

Children aged 15 and up are welcome to volunteer alongside their parent or legal guardian.
